The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of central
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Columbia, Cumberland,
Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Montour, Northumberland, Perry and
Schuylkill.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  counties, Adams, Lancaster and York.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Most of the thunderstorms have pushed south of the MD border.
    Therefore, the threat for flash flooding is decreasing.
    However, there is still a chance for isolated storms to pop
    up again in the area and make heavy rainfall.
