.DISCUSSION...

Relative humidity is currently near its minimum for this
afternoon under clear skies, ranging as low as 25% at Beeville
Airport to around 40% over the inland Coastal Plains.
Southeasterly winds are generally light at less than 15 mph with
gusts to 20 mph in the next few hours as the seabreeze pushes
through. Relative humidity will increase this evening, reaching a
max around 95% overnight as winds weaken. Mixing height currently
around 5000 feet will lower to around 500 feet by 9 PM, rising
back to over 2000 feet by mid-morning Tuesday. Similar conditions
are expected through the day Tuesday. There is a moderate risk of
heat-related impacts with heat indices between 100-110 in the
afternoon hours.
