...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog has developed across the area early this
morning, with visibility ranging from unrestricted to one-
quarter of a mile in some localized spots.

Motorists should be prepared for rapidly fluctuating and localized
lower visibility early this morning. Visibility will gradually
improve as fog lifts after sunrise.
