* At 1021 PM EDT, a front was located along a line extending from 7
  nm west of Fairport Harbor to 10 nm west of Willowick to near Avon
  Point to near Huron, moving southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 45 knots.

  SOURCE...Buoy.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Western Vermilion, Avon Point, Sandusky Bay, Huron, Willowick,
  Fairport Harbor, Lorain Harbor, Vermilion, Kelleys Island, and
  Cleveland.
