Southwestern Penobscot County in east central Maine...
* Until 730 PM EDT.
* At 640 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest
of Newport, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.

Bangor, Dexter, Newport, Orono, Brewer, Hampden, Hermon, Corinth,
Kenduskeag, East Corinth, Glenburn, Levant, Carmel, Corinna,
Hudson, Charleston, Plymouth, Bradford, Etna, and Stetson.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 95 between mile markers 157 and 173, between mile markers
175 and 176, and between mile markers 178 and 186.
State Highway 11 between Newport and Bradford.
State Highway 9 near Bangor.
