* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches
  expected. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia and central South
  Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
