.DISCUSSION...
Typical summer pattern will continue through Friday with hot
temps, high humidity, and afternoon-evening showers and storms.
Some storms on Friday could be strong to severe, with gusty winds
a possibility. A notable front will push towards the region later
this weekend bringing elevated rain chances and a possible
northerly wind shift with much cooler air this weekend and into
early next week. With the front hanging up just south of the area,
rain chances are expected to persist into the middle of next
week.
Fog potential tonight: Patchy late night/early morning fog
possible, especially near bodies of water.
