.SYNOPSIS...Favorable conditions are expected for the next several
days due to high pressure over the western Gulf. Winds are
expected to be gentle, however the winds could become slightly
gusty during the afternoon hours along the coast. Rain chances
will remain very low (less than 10%) for the next several days.
