...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL BOISE AND
SOUTHWESTERN VALLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM MDT...

At 415 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Monumental Peak, or 25 miles north of Lowman, moving west at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible. Minor
         damage to outdoor objects is possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Horsethief Reservoir around 430 PM MDT.
  Cascade around 440 PM MDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
