.DISCUSSION...

Look for sunny skies today with light and variable winds in the
morning becoming established from the south at around 5 mph in the
early afternoon, increasing to around 10 mph later in the
afternoon. RH values fall to around 20 percent by the mid-
afternoon. Conditions are favorable for RH values to fall even
further and there is a 30-40 percent chance that values could fall
into the mid to upper teens. The southerly winds increase through
the evening and overnight with only modest recovery in the RH
values to around 50 to 60 percent by sunrise. A few showers move
through, but there is a 50/50 shot that rainfall amounts may not
even be enough to be wetting. By sunrise, winds will be from the
south at 20-25 mph, gusting to 30-35 mph at times. These winds
switch to the northwest by mid-morning and the northwest around
noon with RH values falling into the 20-30 percent range.
