.DISCUSSION...Occasional light showers are expected to linger across
parts of northern lower Michigan today, along with chilly
tmeperatures and gusty winds. Highs across the interior struggling
to break out of the 40s. Winds generally out of the northwest,
sustained 10-20 mph with gusts up to 35-40 mph. High pressure builds
in tonight/Thursday; winds diminish, with RH concerns returning for
the latter half of the week into next weekend, particularly with
temperatures on the rise (highs in the 60s/70s).
