...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of the Panhandle of
Oklahoma, including the following area, Beaver and the Panhandle of
Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Deaf Smith,
Gray, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Palo
Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall and Roberts.

Even though light rainfall continues for portions of the area,
flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat.
