...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL ULSTER AND NORTHERN
DUTCHESS COUNTIES UNTIL 415 PM EDT...

At 349 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Hyde Park, or 7 miles north of Poughkeepsie, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

  Rhinebeck, Hyde Park, Pleasant Valley, Highland, Millbrook,
  Staatsburg, Fairview, Stanfordville, Tillson, Esopus, Pleasant
