.DISCUSSION...Widespread showers and thunderstorms today will
provide appreciable rain for most of the region, which will limit
fire weather concerns over the next several days despite a stretch
of dry weather Thursday into the weekend. A few areas of RH
dropping to 30-40% are possible each day Thursday through
Saturday, but winds should generally remain light each day.
