a line extending from near Fort Eustis to near Smithfield to near
Windsor. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

  Hampton, Christopher Newport University, Patrick Henry Field,
  Driver, Crittenden, and Beaconsdale around 445 AM EDT.
  Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Northampton, and Tabb around 450 AM EDT.
  Churchland, Hampton University, Langley AFB, Seaford, Norfolk,
  Western Branch, and Bowers Hill around 455 AM EDT.
  Old Dominion University, Norfolk NAS, Ghent, Grand View, Fort
  Monroe, and Buckroe Beach around 500 AM EDT.
  Downtown Norfolk, Ocean View, Downtown Portsmouth, Norfolk State
  University, Norview, and Cradock around 505 AM EDT.
