This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Virginia, east
central Virginia and south central Virginia.

A strong cold front will bring the threat for heavy rainfall and
localized flash flooding later this afternoon into tonight. In
addition, a few storms may be strong to severe this afternoon into
tonight with damaging wind gusts being the main threat. Heat indices
may approach or exceed 105 degrees in a few locations today.
