South Dakota today. Northwest winds will increase through the
morning hours and turn gusty during the afternoon with peak gusts
ranging between 25-30 mph. These northwest winds will become more
westerly by late afternoon. Minimum relative humidity values this
afternoon will drop to between 25-30 percent.
