            Delayed Report: Navajo Police Dept. reported
            on social media flash flooding on Navajo
            Route 9 b/w MM 7 and 14 focused thru Coyote
            Canyon. The entrance to Nizhoni Housin is
            flooded and the road impassable. One vehicle
            is seen seemingly stuck in the floodwaters.
