...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM
EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected,
  localized higher gusts up to 55 mph possible from Malone to Altona.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and northwest Vermont.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down with isolated to scattered power outages
  possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected between 10
  PM this evening and 6 AM Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

  will focus across the northern slopes of the Tug Hill Plateau,
  Black River Valley, and near Fort Drum.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few isolated power outages may
  result.
