  Waters from Cape Lookout  to Surf City NC from 20 to 40 nm...

* Until 330 AM EST.

* At 124 AM EST, a cold front was located along a line extending
  from 6 nm west of The Vicinity Of Atlantic to 6 nm north of The
  Center Of Bogue Sound to Ar342 to 8 nm south of Bogue Inlet to
  near Ar355, moving southeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Marine observations. This front has a history of
           producing wind gusts to 35 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  14 Buoy, Northwest Places, The Knuckle Buoy, and Big Ten Fathom.
