* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles. Dangerous crosswinds will create
  difficult driving conditions on north-to-south oriented roads,
  especially for high profile vehicles such as large trucks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread areas of blowing dust will develop
  with the gusty winds. This will increase the risk of low
  visibility of one half mile or less, creating dangerous travel
  conditions and poor air quality.
