  between Chugwater and Wheatland, Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains,
  East Platte County, and Central Carbon County.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers. There will be a high risk for
  vehicle blow overs, particularly along north to south oriented
  roadways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Watch means there is the potential for a hazardous high
