  waves will be 15 feet with a potential maximum wave height of
  22 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Lake Huron.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 3 PM EDT
  Wednesday with the largest waves expected around 4 PM EDT
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
