  Advisory, abnormally low water levels.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Reno Beach to
  Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
  For the Low Water Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
  water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 4 AM the water level at Toledo was at 24
  inches and falling. The critical mark for safe navigation is 5
  inches below low water datum. Water levels are forecast to fall
  to almost 4 feet below low water datum by early this afternoon
  with water levels rising into this evening.
