* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 29 to 31 will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...City and Borough of Yakutat, Haines Borough and
  Klukwan, Glacier Bay, Eastern Chichagof Island, Cape
  Fairweather to Lisianski Strait, Admiralty Island and City and
  Borough of Juneau.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.
