  Worley, Wilbur, Coeur d`Alene, and Fairfield.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Morning low temperatures between 30 and 35 are expected
  across the Columbia Basin, Moses Lake area, and the Spokane/Coeur
