* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water begins to enter some homes along the
  low sections near the river. Liberty Avenue floods. At 15.0 feet,
  Homes along the low sections of the river on Liberty Avenue and
  Route 19 flood. At 16.0 feet, Areas of Baltimore Street and River
  Road flood. At 18.0 feet, Major flooding occurs along the river in
  Clarksburg.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 16.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 12:15 PM EDT Wednesday was 16.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 18.1 feet this afternoon. It
    will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight to
    5.0 feet early Friday morning and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.1
    feet on 12/09/1978.

  Norvell Dr flood due to backwater. Some homes and low lying areas
  in and around Buckhannon adjacent to small streams also flood due
  to backwater. At 24.0 feet, Portions of Cleveland Ave and Wood St
  flood. Sections of Rte 20 south and north of town begin to flood.
  At 25.0 feet, Several streets, homes, and businesses along the
  river flood. At 26.0 feet, Major flooding in Buckhannon and
  surrounding areas. Business/factory across from the Hall Rd bridge
  near the gage begins to flood.

  - At 11:50 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was around 27.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 11:50 AM EDT Wednesday was 27.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this
    evening and continue falling to 4.4 feet by Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 27.9
    feet on 07/31/1996.

  of commercial and residential buildings in Tilden. Restuarant on
  the right bank of the Frio River had 3 to 4 feet of water in it.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 24.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - The latest USGS measurement of the stage places the river closer
    to 29 ft.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.7 feet
    this evening. The river will gradually decrease and fall below
    flood stage on Saturday.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

  through the Little Colorado River.  Elevated flow is expected in
  the Colorado River between river miles 61 and 69.

* WHERE...Coconino County in north central Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 600 PM MST /700 PM MDT/ Tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or
  occurring. Further rises in the water levels of already flooded
  creeks and normally dry washes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 858 AM MST /958 AM MDT/, local law enforcement reported
    flooding at the Moenkopi wash in Moenkopi village. Evacuations
    are ongoing. Additionally, the river gauge at Moenkopi continues
    to rise and is exceeding major flood stage.
  - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
    Colorado River, Little Colorado River, and Moenkopi Wash.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tuba City, Moenkopi, Louise Yellowman County Park, Little
    Colorado River Navajo Tribal Park, Rare Metals and Salt Trail
    Canyon.
  - This includes the following highways...
    Highway 160 between mile markers 312 and 327. U.S. Highway 89
    between mile markers 476 and 479. the Colorado River between
    river miles 61 and 69. State Route 264 between mile markers 322
    and 325.

  west of Carrizo Springs.

  and bridges near the river flood severely. Hunting cabins, pump
  jacks, tank batteries, irrigation pumps, and any equipment in low
  areas near the river flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 2.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise into flood stage early
    Saturday morning with a rise into major stage by late Saturday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 22.8

    both directions due to flooding.

  - At 1013 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated elevated stream levels
    across the area due to recent heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing
    or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and
    3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 15 feet. Flood stage is 13 feet.
    Several road closures were also reported across the area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dudley, Sardis, Dexter City, Fly, Antioch, Stafford, Graysville,

* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take
  several hours for all the water from these storms to work through
  local drainage systems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1013 AM EDT, Flooding is occurring in the warned area due to
    thunderstorms last night. This includes locations along Middle
    Fork Tygart Valley River where the automated gauge at Audra State
    Park was in moderate flood. The latest gauge reading there was
    11.65 feet and falling. At these stages the the campground and
    roads within the park are flooded. In addition, lowl-lying
    locations along the West Fork River from Shinnston to Enterprise
    can expect flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Clarksburg, Grafton, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport,

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, and other low-lying and
  flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are
  inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 959 AM EDT, The automated gauge on South Fork Hughes River
    below MacFarlan was in minor flood with the latest stage reading
    of 23 feet and slowly rising. At stages of 22 feet low sections
    of Oxbow Road below the gauge floods along with several low-lying
    areas adjacent to the river near the gauge.

    Macfarlan.

    evening. This includes Duck Creek and the Little Muskingum River.

    St. Marys, Middlebourne, Paden City, Sistersville, Matamoras,
    Lowell, Macksburg, Friendly, Lower Salem, New Matamoras, Point
    Lookout, Arvilla, Wick, Mountain, Alma, Lima and Devola.

    17.

    thunderstorms. River gauges indicate minor flooding is occurring
    on Sand Run and Middle Fork Tygart Valley River near Ellamore.

    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Buckhannon, Tallmansville, Overhill and Ellamore.
