...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier affecting Orange,
  Hardin, Jefferson and Jasper Counties.

  Pine Island Bayou Near Sour Lake affecting Hardin and Jefferson
  Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Village Creek Near Kountze affecting Hardin County.

For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River
Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued this evening at 1030 PM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Colliers Ferry Park is under water, and
  flooding of secondary roads near the river can be expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 5.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 9:15 AM CDT Sunday was 5.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 5.8 feet
    tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
    Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 5.8
    feet on 02/14/2005.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water covers low spots on Willard Lake Road
  and Village Creek Road near Lumberton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 9:30 AM CDT Sunday was 18.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
    this morning and continue falling to 5.2 feet Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.2
    feet on 06/13/1975.

  covers roads in Bevil Oaks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 27.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 9:45 AM CDT Sunday was 27.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.2 feet
    just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 28.2
    feet on 11/29/2001.
