...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Arizona, including
  the following counties, in southwest Arizona, Yuma. In west
  central Arizona, La Paz.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many
  areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 701 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
    the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Quartzsite, Bouse and Kofa Wildlife Refuge.

* WHERE...St Johns River near Astor.

* IMPACTS...At 2.8 feet, Docks and boat ramps covered at South Moon
  Fish Camp and approaching sea wall at Blair`s Jungle Den. Water
  approaching sites closest to the river at Fish Tales RV Resort and
  Astor Landing Campground. Portion of Clair Street covered by river
  water south of the Butler Boat Ramp. Docks underwater at the Astor
  Bridge Marina and along Riveredge Drive. Portions of Fox Road are
  covered with water nearest to the river. Acorn, Hazelnut and
  Redbud roads are underwater with yards inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 2.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 2.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM EDT Thursday was 2.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 2.7
    feet just after midnight tonight.

  At 24.0 feet, Water reaches mobile homes along Highway 83 south of
  Fort Pierre

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:30 PM CDT Thursday /11:30 AM MDT Thursday/ the stage
    was 20.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.2
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of central South Dakota, including the following
  counties, Jones and Stanley.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT /300 PM MDT/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many
  areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1035 AM CDT /935 AM MDT/, emergency management reported
    flooding in the warned area. Namely, Bad River Road has water
    over it in multiple locations, and water has been reported on
    US Highway 14/South Dakota Highway 34. Between 2 and 4 inches
    of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Pierre, Fort Pierre, Wendte, Van Metre, Hayes, Chantier Creek
    Recreation Area, Brown Church, Capa, Sansarc, Bunker, Mission
    Ridge, Lake Sharpe and southern Lake Oahe.
