...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM PST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Areas near Calistoga, St. Helena, Yountville, Lake
  Berryessa, and the city of Sonoma in northeastern Sonoma and
  northern and central Napa counties.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Overflowing poor
  drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1026 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Napa, Sonoma, St. Helena, Calistoga, Boyes Hot Springs,
    Yountville, Angwin, Deer Park, Glen Ellen, Eldridge, Fetters
    Hot Spring, Fetters Hot Springs-Agua Caliente, El Verano and
    Temelec.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is ongoing.

* WHERE...Northern and central Sonoma County, including the Sonoma
  coastal ranges, the 101 corridor including the city of Santa Rosa,
  and the Mayacamas.

* WHEN...Until 315 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Overflowing poor
  drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 919 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Colgan Creek, Santa Rosa Creek, and Laguna de Santa Rosa are
    experiencing minor flooding, and the risk for minor flooding
    remains along Green Valley Creek. Roads have been closed due
    to flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
    expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Healdsburg, Cloverdale,
    Sebastopol, Cotati, Larkfield-Wikiup, Roseland, South Santa
    Rosa Cdp, Forestville, Guerneville, Monte Rio, Graton,
    Occidental and South Santa Rosa.

  - At 754 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause
    urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area this evening. This additional rain will result
    in additional minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ukiah, Lakeport, Ukiah Municipal Airport, Upper Lake,
    Knobcone Camp, Hopland, Saratoga Springs, Witter Springs,
    North Lakeport, Finley, Boonville, Soda Bay, Philo, Mount

  upstream... to the U.S. Highway 281 crossing south of Little
  Sahara State Park near Waynoka... to near Orienta in Major County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:30 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 7.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest
    of 7.8 feet tomorrow evening.
  - Action stage is 7.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast for the Susan River, small creeks
  and streams, and on or near recent burn scars. This does not include
  the Middle Fork of the Feather.

* WHERE...Northeast California including Lassen, eastern Plumas, and
  eastern Sierra counties.

* WHEN...Until noon PST Saturday. Flows are expected to rise though
  the day Thursday into Friday with peak flows occurring late Friday
  to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding along low lying areas near the Susan
  River in and downstream of Susanville, as well as near other
  creeks, streams, urban areas. Rock and debris may cover roads
  especially near or below recent burn areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 210 PM PST, Rounds of high elevation snow and heavy rain
    are forecast today through Saturday morning before
    transitioning to snow.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Eagle Lake, Termo, Herlong, Beckwourth, Doyle, Blairsden,
    Plumas Eureka State Park, Graeagle, Chilcoot, Bieber,
    Sierraville, Nubieber, Stampede Reservoir, Verdi, Susanville,
    Standish, Janesville, Aspen Grove Campground, Antelope Lake
    and Spaulding.
