  Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall and Morgan and southern
  middle Tennessee, including the following areas, Franklin TN,
  Lincoln and Moore.

* WHEN...Through 7 AM Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An extended period of moderate to heavy rainfall will occur
    across the Tennessee Valley due to multiple rounds of showers
    and thunderstorms associated with Tropical Storm Francine.
    Storm total rainfall amounts of 3 to 7 inches of rainfall are
    forecast across the Tennessee Valley, with locally higher
    amounts as high as 10 inches possible underneath the heaviest
    rainbands.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A monsoon tail flowing into Tropical Storm Bebinca continues
    to create windy and showery weather over saturated soils.

    Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have already fallen across
    the Marianas and additional 3 to 5 inches will be possible
    through Friday night. The monsoonal surge bringing the heavy
    rain this week could persist into the weekend and the flood
    watch may need to be extended further.
