  St Johns River Near Deland affecting Volusia and Lake Counties.

  St Johns River Near Astor affecting Volusia and Lake Counties.

.The Saint Johns River will remain nearly steady or slowly fall
through the week, prolonging flood impacts. At Astor, the river
level will remain above the major flood stage of 4.0 feet. At
Deland, the river is forecast to remain nearly steady, staying in
major flood with a stage forecast near 5.4 ft. The river at Sanford
is forecast to drop only slightly this week and remain in moderate
flood. The river level at Geneva is forecast to stay in moderate
flood and drop only gradually to 9.3 ft by Sunday.

For the Saint Johns River at Astor and DeLand, major flooding is
forecast.

For the Saint Johns River at Sanford and Above Lake Harney, moderate

  St Johns River Near Sanford affecting Seminole County.

  St Johns River Near Deland affecting Volusia and Lake Counties.

  St Johns River Near Astor affecting Volusia and Lake Counties.

.The Saint Johns River will remain nearly steady or slowly fall
through the week, prolonging flood impacts. At Astor, the river
level will remain above the major flood stage of 4.0 feet. At
Deland, the river is forecast to remain nearly steady, staying in
major flood with a stage forecast near 5.4 ft. The river at Sanford
is forecast to drop only slightly this week and remain in moderate
flood. The river level at Geneva is forecast to stay in moderate
flood and drop only gradually to 9.3 ft by Sunday.

For the Saint Johns River at Astor and DeLand, major flooding is
forecast.

For the Saint Johns River at Sanford and Above Lake Harney, moderate
flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...St Johns River near Astor.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Major flooding occurs with water entering
  many structures on canals and along the river. Long duration
  flooding will occur, with levels taking weeks to months to return
  below flood stage. Water rescues will be necessary. River Road
  becomes inaccessible, with 1 to 2 feet water depth in numerous
  homes on Wildhog, Possum, Bonnet and Snail roads. Roads along Blue
  Creek are inaccessible with major flooding of homes on Otter,
  Branch and Chestnut roads. Camp South Moon Road and Juno Trail are
  inaccessible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 4.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 2.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 AM EDT Tuesday was 4.3 feet.
