* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog has already redeveloped at some
  locations, such as Fresno, Madera, and Hanford. Highways impacted
  include, but are not limited to, 99, 140, 152, 59, 41, 43, 46, 58,
  145, 180 and 198.
