including Santa Cruz Island-
Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa
Catalina and Anacapa Islands-
Outer waters from Santa Cruz Island to San Clemente Island to
60 NM offshore including San Nicolas and Santa Barbara Islands-

...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM PST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 30 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and
  combined seas 3 to 6 ft expected when conditions are worst.

* WHERE...Santa Barbara Channel from Ventura to Pt. Mugu CA
  including Santa Cruz Island, and Inner waters from Pt. Mugu to
  San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa Catalina and Anacapa Islands.
  Strongest winds and most hazardous seas will be from Ventura
  south to Malibu and out past the Channel Islands, and from the
  Orange County Coast out to Catalina Island.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions
  which could capsize or damage small and large vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
