* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

  visibility as low as 200 feet.

* WHERE...A portion of central California.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not
  limited to, 99, 140, 152, 59, 41, 43, 46, 58, 145, 180 and 198.
