central Nebraska.

Showers and thunderstorms are expected this evening and overnight,
with a few storms potentially becoming severe. Severe wind gusts and
locally heavy rain will be the main threats, with a secondary threat
of large hail.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to persist this
weekend into the middle of next week, with the best chances of rain
across western and southwestern Nebraska.

Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota,

An area of thunderstorms will move east southeast across the
outlook area early Friday morning. These storms could produce
isolated pockets of 60 mph winds along with ping pong ball size
hail. Storms are expected to weaken by the time they reach the
Interstate 29 corridor.
