possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell,
Latimer, Le Flore, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee,
Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha, Rogers,
Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.
* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT this morning through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms are expected early this
morning through early Thursday. Locally heavy rainfall is
possible, which may support minor flooding of typical flood-
prone areas, along with modest rises on area rivers, streams,
and creeks.

Hughes, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa,
Lincoln, Logan, Love, Marshall, McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma,
