...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Titus, Franklin, Red River and
  Morris Counties.

For the Sulphur River...including Talco...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sulphur River near Talco.

* WHEN...Until Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Expect moderate flooding of lowland areas
  with some secondary roadways closed. All cattle and equipment
  nearby the river should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 PM CST Saturday the stage was 23.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 PM CST Saturday was 25.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 5.1 feet Thursday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    24.1 feet on 04/30/2021.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Little River near Idabel.

* WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Several hundred acres of lowland will
  flood at the confluence of the Glover and Little Rivers. Farmers
  and ranchers should move cattle and farm machinery to higher
  ground until the high water ends.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM CST Saturday the stage was 30.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 PM CST Saturday was 31.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 16.4 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    30.4 feet on 03/02/2018.

For the Ouachita River...including Jones Mill Dcp, Arkadelphia,
Camden, Thatcher L&D...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ouachita River at Thatcher L&D.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 79.0 feet, Property in low lying areas needs to be
  removed. Access roads to oil and gas rigs may be flooded. Levee
  gates should be closed before the river reaches 80 feet. There is
  minor flooding at this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:30 PM CST Saturday the stage was 77.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Tuesday evening and continue rising to 81.0 feet Thursday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 79.0 feet.

  county roads north and east of Camden begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:30 PM CST Saturday the stage was 25.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late Saturday evening to a crest of 31.0 feet early Tuesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

    Sunday afternoon and continue falling to 14.3 feet Thursday
    evening.
