* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cimarron River near Dover.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening to Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Rural lands and roads are covered by flood
  depths averaging about a foot across Kingfisher County... and into
  western Logan County. Oil wells in lower places near the river
  channel are flooded or isolated. Livestock may become stranded by
  deeper flows in cutoff channels crossing the flood plain. Sandpit
  facilities near Dover could be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise above flood
    stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 18.0 feet Sunday
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday
    afternoon.

  along with rural roads about 3 miles northwest of Winfield that
  are near the river. Then one mile west of the city of Rock, expect
  30th Road to be closed due to high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 23.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 7.4 feet
    Wednesday evening.

  - At 4:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 20.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.3
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow evening.

  secondary rural roads are flooded.

  - At 6:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 28.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Clear Boggy Creek is expected to rise to a
