...The National Weather Service in Norman OK has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Oklahoma...

  Cimarron River near Waynoka affecting Major, Woodward and Woods
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO LATE TOMORROW
MORNING...
...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD WATCH...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cimarron River near Waynoka.

* WHEN...From this evening to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Bankfull conditions exist along the river...
   and some overflows may occur over some low-lying areas near the
  river. The river reach affected extends from near Freedom
  upstream... to the U.S. Highway 281 crossing south of Little
  Sahara State Park near Waynoka... to near Orienta in Major County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:30 AM CST Friday the stage was 5.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening
    to 8.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall
    below flood stage late tonight to 7.5 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will rise to 7.7 feet tomorrow evening. It will
    then fall to 7.0 feet early Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...North Canadian River near Watonga.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of croplands...pastures... and
  rural roads occurs. The floodwaters extend from near Watonga in
  Blaine County... downstream to near Calumet in western Canadian
  County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:30 AM CST Friday the stage was 8.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The North Canadian River is expected to rise above
    flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 15.8 feet this
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after
    midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
