* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and southern Oklahoma, including the
  following counties, in central Oklahoma, Cleveland and McClain. In
  southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin and Murray.

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 731 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Pauls Valley, Purcell, Lone Grove, Slaughterville, Healdton,
    Lexington, Wilson, Maysville, Elmore City, Wayne, Paoli,
    Katie, Foster, Tatums, Ratliff City, Hennepin, Antioch,
    Pooleville, Graham and Milo.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 719 AM CST, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory
    area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already
    occurring. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Oklahoma City, Norman, western Edmond, Moore, Midwest City,
    Del City, Newcastle, Purcell, Bethany, Warr Acres, The
    Village, Noble, Slaughterville, Spencer, Nichols Hills,

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Red River near Burkburnett.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Crop and range lands... oil fields... and
  rural roads are affected. Some low-lying areas near the river may
  be isolated by high water in side channels. Bottomlands near
  Davidson Oklahoma begin to flood several hours before the crest
  approaches the Burkburnett area. The flood crest reaches the area
  along the river near Taylor Oklahoma several hours later. Cattle
  and other property should be relocated to places which are higher
  than nearby river banks to avoid being stranded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:30 AM CST Friday the stage was 4.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Red River is expected to rise to a crest of
    8.6 feet early Monday morning.
