* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
  counties, Creek and Tulsa.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 257 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

  imminent.

  - At 1235 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Chandler, Stroud, Davenport, Wellston, Carney, Sparks,
    Warwick, Kendrick, Fallis and Parkland.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1205 PM CST, Local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
    the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban
    and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Joplin, Webb City, Carl Junction, Galena, Duquesne, Duenweg,
    Leawood, Silver Creek, Shoal Creek Drive, Saginaw, Airport
    Drive, Redings Mill, Grand Falls Plaza, Shoal Creek Estates,
    Dennis Acres, Cliff Village, Oakland Park, Iron Gates and
    Atlas.
