  Lemoore, Los Banos - Dos Palos, Merced - Madera - Mendota, Planada
  - Le Grand - Snelling, Visalia - Porterville - Reedley, and West
  Side of Fresno and Kings Counties.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
