...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  San Saba River At San Saba affecting San Saba County.

For the San Saba River...including San Saba...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Even 6 inches of fast-moving flood water can knock you off your feet
and a depth of 2 feet will float your car. Never try to walk, swim,
or drive through such swift water. If you come upon flood waters,
stop, turn around and go another way.

This warning will be in effect until the river falls below its flood
stage.

To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY TOMORROW
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...San Saba River at San Saba.

* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CST Friday the stage was 4.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    evening to 24.6 feet just after midnight tonight. It will
    then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight to
    4.9 feet early Sunday afternoon. It will rise to 7.6 feet
    early Monday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain
    below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    24.5 feet on 06/19/1961.
