  Mississippi River Near Greenville affecting Washington, Chicot,
  East Carroll and Issaquena Counties.

  Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Wilkinson, Concordia and
  Adams Counties.

  Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Jefferson, Claiborne,
  Tensas, Madison and Warren Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

* WHEN...Until Friday, July 25.

* IMPACTS...At 47.0 feet, Water begins to enter the Carthage Point
  Road area south of Natchez.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 46.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 35.2 feet
    Wednesday, July 30.
  - Action stage is 38.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 48.0 feet.
