* WHAT...Combined seas 10 to 12 ft subsiding to 6 to 8 ft this
  afternoon. Bar conditions rough this morning, moderate this
  afternoon through Sunday. Maximum ebb currents will occur
  around 600 AM and 615 PM today and 700 AM Sunday. The evening
  ebb will be very strong.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.

* WHEN...Until noon PST today.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
  especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
entrances.

  kt with gusts up to 15 kt. For the second Small Craft Advisory,
  a very strong ebb current of 6.81 kt at 625 PM Saturday. Seas 7
  to 9 ft.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM PST this morning.
  Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 9 PM PST
  this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.57 kt at 614 AM Saturday.
  Seas 9 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
