Scattered thunderstorms are forecast to continue across the
coastal waters tonight through early Thursday morning.
Thunderstorms will have the ability to produce waterspouts,
frequent lightning, gusty and erratic winds, small hail, and
downpours.
Winds and waves will be locally higher in and near thunderstorms.
