* WHAT...Visibilities between a half mile to 2 miles in freezing fog.

* WHERE...Yakima Valley.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog is expected to redevelop across the area
  overnight into late Thursday morning.
