...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 3 PM PST
THURSDAY...
...COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH
FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding is
  expected. Inundation of around 2 feet above ground level is
  possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas. For the
  Coastal Flood Watch, moderate coastal flooding is possible.
  Inundation of 2 to 2.5 feet above ground level is possible along
  shorelines and low-lying coastal areas.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor County Coast zone.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 AM to 3 PM PST
  Thursday. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Friday morning
  through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Coastal roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  may be inundated. Shoreline erosion may occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coastal flooding will occur in the hours
  around high tide, at around 1130 AM Thursday and 1200 PM Friday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY FOR MINOR TIDAL OVERFLOW REMAINS IN
EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 3 PM PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, tidal overflow
  flooding expected. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory,
  tidal overflow flooding expected.

* WHERE...In Oregon, Clatsop County Coast. In Washington, South
  Washington Coast.

* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 AM to 3 PM
  PST Thursday. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 AM
  to 3 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Total tide of up to 11.3 feet at Toke Point and up to
  10.6 feet at Tongue Point will result in minor flooding up to
  one foot above ground level during high tides in low lying areas
  near bays, sloughs, and in the lower reaches of coastal rivers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Coastal Flood Advisory means that tidal overflow flooding is
expected. Coastal residents in the warned area should be alert
for rising water, and take appropriate action to protect life and
property.
