...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN CARBON COUNTY
THROUGH 100 AM MDT...

At 1148 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 19 miles south of Wamsutter, moving northeast at 55
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and frequent lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Baggs, Dixon, Savery, High Savery Reservoir, Rim Lake, Dixon Airport,
and Slater.

This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 200 and
210.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
