* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Butte, Northern Meade Co Plains, Southern Meade Co Plains,
  Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills, and Pennington Co Plains.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
  signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
