...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM PDT THIS
AFTERNOON AND FROM 3 AM PDT SATURDAY THROUGH 3 AM PDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds
  around 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the Gale
  Warning, northwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt
  expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds
  15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 8 to 10 ft
  expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Point Reyes to Pigeon Point 10-60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 3 PM PDT this afternoon then
  a Gale Warning from 3 PM this afternoon to 3 AM PDT Saturday.
  Small Craft Advisory conditions return around 3 AM PDT Saturday
  to 3 AM PDT Sunday.


* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
