* WHAT...Seas 4 to 7 ft.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Surf City.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lingering northeasterly long period swell
  from the remnants of Hurricane Erin will continue to impact the
  coastal waters through early next week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
