* WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 9 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...In the mid 60s in far western panhandles
increasing to mid 70s in the central panhandles and upper 70s in
the eastern panhandles.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to
spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

eastern New Mexico. Southwest wind gusts of 40 to 55 mph will be
common across eastern New Mexico along with low humidity in the
single digits to low teens. Winds will decrease late this
afternoon to ease the critical fire weather concerns.
