This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow showers will be possible in the San Juan mountains today.

Snow will increase over the San Juan mountains tonight, with
steady accumulating snow expected during the early morning hours
of Thursday. One to three inches of snow will be possible at
highest elevations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

For Thursday, snow will be widespread in the higher elevations of
the mountains across southern Colorado. a total of 4 to 8 inches
of snow will be possible across the San Juans and Sangre De Cristo
mountains, with lesser amounts across the remainder of the higher
terrain.

Some light snow accumulations, mainly on grassy areas, will be
possible across northern El Paso county Thursday evening into
early Friday morning.

Another weather system will move into the region late Sunday into
Monday, and this system could bring some snow to the mountains,
valleys and possibly parts of the plains during this time period
as this system will bring much cooler air with it.

Much cooler weather will be possible over the region mid week next
week.

Weather conditions that meet reporting criteria for spotters will
be likely over portions of the region.

Some dense fog should develop again late tonight, favoring locations
east of a line from Benkelman to Goodland to Tribune.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...

Dense fog should linger into Thursday morning.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

The ongoing showers in the combined Panhandles today have a low
chance of becoming thunderstorms. Any storm that forms will be
capable of producing lightning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A marginal risk for flooding is present for the eastern Texas
Panhandle on Thursday. Mostly showers are expected across the
area, but a few thunderstorms cannot be ruled out.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
